hintcad tunnel design system
brief introduction
the system is based on the autocad platform, hintcad highway and railway tunnel design system (hintsd) is a professional cad for highway and railway tunnel design, integrated with hintcad road cad system.
software main functions
1. the system is based on the geometrical design data (horizontal, profile, cross section and so on) of highway and railway completed by the hintcad 3d road cad system, dynamically segments the tunnel lining according to the geological conditions of surrounding rock, completes the horizontal and profile layout of tunnel, drafts tunnel layout drawing, tunnel (geology) longitudinal section drawing and so on.
2. designs the lining of each section according to segmentation conditions of tunnel, drafts lining design under all kinds of surrounding rock conditions of tunnel, structural design of the form of main hole generated by single hole, advanced support design, steel arch design, lining reinforcement design, drainage design and structural design of pilot hole increased by joint arch.
3. the program automatically gathers statistics for quantity of any section and entire section of the engineering based on the design data;
4. by using dtm, generates the tunnel portal (entrance and exit), drafting vertical, horizontal, profile design and tunnel e/w quantity table.
the scope of the system
the system is suitable for mountainous highway and railway tunnel design.
tunnel type: supports single hole and joint arch tunnel.
inner surface forms: supporting standard inner surface (new specification), single center circle, three center circle, three inner surface forms
lining type: supporting overall lining and composite lining
portal type (entrance and exit): supports two forms of portal types: bamboo truncating (like inclined circular surface) and wing wall portal.
